ESTIMATED LEAD TIME
For product in stock, lead time is 2-5 working days Melbourne metro area, all other parts of Australia 7-14 working days. If product is out of stock or custom order, lead time can be approximately up to 6-8 weeks.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Buyer shall make no claim and the seller shall not be liable for any loss including consequential loss, expense or damages which may be sustained or incurred by the buyer whether directly or indirectly attributable to the Seller’s failure to deliver goods by reason of lock-outs, strikes, accidents, fine or any other cause whatsoever outside the Seller’s control.
The Buyer shall provide reasonable and proper access, identification at place of delivery (specified on Seller’s order form) where goods have to be returned to the Seller, the purchased price shall be increased by the costs and expenses thereby incurred or charged by the Seller.
Where damage is caused to footpaths or any other property by the Seller or its carrier, the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller for any damages which may be sustained or incurred by the Seller whether directly or indirectly as a consequence.
